This class is for people looking to compete in amateur and professional bouts. East End has a full size Vegas-style ring and a range of training equipment all at your disposal. Our fighters produce great results under the guidance of East End trainers.
All safety equipment is required for sparring.

- Regular sparring with focus on skill and improvement.
- Proper boxing technique and form is taught and solidified.
- All pad work is between trainer-student.
